Training

Training runs on a Monday night from 7-9pm at the Lomond School pitch across from the Helensburgh Rugby Club, with ample parking available.  The first session from 7-8 is for junior players aged up to secondary school age with parents/guardians welcome to watch.  The second session from 8-9 if for senior players and is a mix of ages, anyone in secondary school or older with players who represent the teams, both mens and womens showing face to keep their skills and fitness up.

Goalkeepers are given special training from 1st team keeper Gordon Black in both sessions and if numbers are great enough the senior session is split into mens and womens training sessions.  Senior session players are welcome to assist in goalkeeping drills under instruction during the 7-8 session.

Matchdays

All home games are played at the Lomond School pitch, with changing and shower facilities provided in the sports hall next to the pitch with plenty of parking and secure facilities.  After the game opposition are welcome to join the team for a drink some food and a bit of friendly banter in the Rugby Club across the road.
